Tina has been involved with dance and choreography all her life. She started taking group fitness classes after the birth of her daughter. After a year and a half she thought, “I can teach this”. She earned her group fitness certification through NETA in 2003 and has been teaching here at Spring Valley ever since.

Tina is a 1990 graduate of Conrad Weisner High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Cedar Crest College and then a master’s degree in social work with Marywood University. Tina is a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania and works full time at Caron Treatment Centers in their Student Assistance Department.

In addition to working out, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy and daughter, Grace. Together they enjoy traveling, watching movies and walking their dogs.
