History: In 1992, Bill Parisi started out toward a dream. His All-American track career over, he saw numerous limitations in the way American athletes were training for sport, and he wanted to help remedy the situation. Armed with a motivational speech, some equipment, and a 500 dollar van, Bill drove to high schools in New Jersey looking for coaches and teams that wanted to take advantage of state-of-the-art training techniques. That was the single-handed beginning of what has now become a multi-personal approach to changing the face of American athletics as we know it. That was the birth of the Parisi Speed School.
Over sixteen years and forty Parisi Speed School franchises later, the dream continues to expand. Now with over 100,000 athletes from every level of athletics having experienced the Parisi Speed School and the program has become nationally recognized as the leader in performance enhancement training. In 2007, there were over 40 Parisi Franchises in 22 different states across America. This national movement will continue to expand in the coming years to allow any athlete to take advantage of the Parisi training experience.

Step 1: Evaluation
Performance Evaluation:
Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically create goals and monitor progress.
- Allows for proper grouping of the athlete in our program.
- Allows for the proper exercise prescription to be developed.
- Allows us to record and monitor progress while in our program.
This aspect of our program is what we consider the most important. Without understanding individual strengths and weaknesses of you or your athlete, you cannot be sure that you are working on the right needs in training.
The Performance Evaluation is a mandatory event for every athlete that enters the Parisi Program. During the Evaluation, the athletes will be taught our signature dynamic warmup, be examined during our Running Analysis Procedures, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength tests. After the evaluation, every athlete and parent will meet individually with the Head Evaluator and review the results. At that time, the parent and athlete have the correct information to select the appropriate program to fit his or her needs.
STEP 2: REVIEW RESULTS
Reviews: Immediately after the evaluation, our testing expert will discuss the results of the evaluation. This will identify your athlete’s strengths and weaknesses as well as explain the best way to group your athlete in our program.

Designed for the high-performance high school, college & professional athlete.
P.E.A.K (Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge) was created for the dedicated athlete who aspires to compete in athletics beyond high school. Athletes are selected for this program by the Parisi staff at the initial evaluation. Veteran Parisi athletes may also advance into this program after making a marked improvement. Speed Membership
In an effort to create an exciting, affordable program that allows an athlete to train year round or in semester blocks, Parisi’s created a Speed Membership Program. This includes Parisi’s signature speed training instruction and are for any athlete that wants to reach their athletic potential. By addressing an athlete’s strength, flexibility, endurance, and speed all in one session. The Speed Membership will keep athletes in top shape throughout the year.
