Athletes placed at this level require motor skill development and conditioning both physically and with a football.The age range for this group is 7-11 years old. A fun and friendly atmosphere that will build your young athletes foundation, coordination and self esteem both physically and also with the football. 1.5 hours of Parisi Speed School and 1.5 hours of Cornerstone Football Training.

Athletes placed at this level require motor skill development and conditioning both physically and with a football. The age range for this group is 7-11 years old. Work on building your young athletes foundation, coordination and self esteem both physically and with quarterback specific skills including gripping the ball, QB footwork the release, 1 step ,3 step, and 5 step drop and games designed pecifically for QB development. 1.5 hours of Parisi Speed School and 1.5 hours of QB Training.

Total Performance I Football
Athletes placed in this group are able to perform the basic requirements of our program and are at a beginner level of strength training and developing power. This program was developed using cutting-edge techniques to produce maximal improvements in athletic performance. Players have a basic level of football knowledge and skills. The age range for this group is 12-14 years old. 1.5 hours of Parisi Speed School and 1.5 hours of Cornerstone Football Training.
