Growing up, Beth spent most of her childhood overweight. Determined to change her appearance, she began taking aerobic classes in a local gym. She quickly saw the benefits both physically and mentally and especially how exercise can make a positive impact on people’s lives. It was then she decided to become a certified group fitness instructor through American Council of Exercise (ACE) to help others meet their personal fitness goals.
After instructing group fitness classes for eight years, Beth joined a gym and worked with a personal trainer. She realized the benefits of her trainer and saw quickly results of her hard work. From here on out she has been committed to the goal of teaching others about a healthy lifestyle.
She became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer in 2000 and has been helping clients meet their fitness goals ever since. Currently, she is teaching group fitness, personal training, and working on her ISSA certification for Specialist in Adaptive Fitness.
