Molly Kope has been involved in athletics and fitness since the age of 3 when she started training for gymnastics. She participated in gymnastics for 10 years. She competed in the sport of swimming from age 5 through collegiate competitions where she was team captain and a record holder in distance freestyle and butterfly events. She also competed in cross country running, and track and field.
After completing college, she pursued her business career while still training Wilson Age Group swimmers and coaching. She also was a Red Cross Swim Lesson instructor.
After realizing her true passion was for fitness full-time and not full-time “desk work” she became a certified personal trainer through the International Sports and Sciences Association.
Molly enjoys training as a means to help others reach and achieve their goals. She wants members to feel good about themselves by training effectively and efficiently.
Molly's hobbies include running, boxing, resistance training, NASCAR, music, and hiking. |
