SVAC will follow the delay system for Conrad Weiser school system.

For example if there is a one hour delay for school, there will be no 8:30 am classes. Of course this means there will be no 5:45am or 7:30am classes that day.

If there is a 2 hour delay the same goes for 8:30 or 9:30 classes that day (they will be cancelled.) However; if there is a 10:30 class being held that day, it will not be cancelled on a 2 hour delay.

In the event there is an early dismissal at CW high school, there will be no pm group fitness classes.

In the event that school is closed for the day, there will be no group fitness classes being taught that day.

It's not always an ideal situation to cancel classes, but it is a clear policy that helps our members and the instructors know exactly what to do in the event of bad weather.
